🇹🇭 Thailand Return Policy

Consumer Protection Act Compliance

Under the Thai Consumer Protection Act and Direct Sales and Direct Marketing Act, consumers have the legal right to return goods purchased via distance selling (online) within 7 days from the date of receipt, without providing any reason. This policy is designed to protect your rights as an online shopper.

Additionally, under the Dee-Delivery measure by the Office of the Consumer Protection Board (OCPB), you have the right to inspect your package before making payment. If the product is incorrect or damaged, you may refuse delivery and request a refund within 5 days of delivery.

📦 Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return the product within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (unless the product is defective).
  • Products that are damaged during shipping, incorrect items, or defective products are eligible for a full refund.
  • Consumable products that have been opened or partially used cannot be returned unless defective.

  2. Provide your order number, full name, and reason for return (attach photos if product is damaged or incorrect).
  3. Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
  4. After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days.
  5. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Note: If the return is due to a change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed (including opened blister packs).
  • Products returned after the 7-day return period.
  • Products without original packaging or missing components.
  • Clearance or promotional items marked as "final sale".

Consumer Protection Law Compliance

Under Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection (UUPK), business actors are responsible for providing compensation in the form of a refund or replacement of goods. The compensation must be provided within 7 days of the transaction date for defective or non-conforming goods.

This policy ensures that your rights as an Indonesian consumer are fully protected.

  • You may return the product within 7 days of receiving your order (or within 7 days of transaction date for defective goods).
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging unless the product is defective.
  • Products that are damaged, defective, or not as described are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
  • If you simply change your mind, you may still request a return, but you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
